This website is intended for use by current, past, and
future customers and clients of Randal Struckus. All persons using this website acknowledge that they
have received a copy of the Massachusetts Mandatory Licensee – Consumer
Relationship Disclosure. If you
are a Seller, Mr. Struckus can represent you as a Seller’s agent.
If you are a Buyer, Mr. Struckus can represent you as a Buyer’s
agent.
Mr. Struckus
does not handle rentals.
In accordance with Massachusetts General Laws, all real
estate agents are required by law to present the consumer with a
signed copy of the Agency Disclosure form at the very first meeting with the
prospective customer or client. This form is a disclosure only.
It is not a contract. Agents who fail to do so are in
violation of our state’s licensing law and they may be violating other laws
as well without your even knowing about it.

under the brokerage of Keller Williams Realty.
Services provided by Randal L. Struckus are not available from other
Keller Williams agents or brokerages.
